'Just a quick note to thank you for the beautiful floral tribute you arranged for us for a colleagues family funeral at very short notice. As explained, we had originally ordered a tribute via Interflora who had placed an order with their nearest agent, However, we were mortified to hear that on the morning of the funeral that the flowers had arrived dried out and were clearly 'past their best by date'.
